Guidelines
• Non-instructional time: projects, wheel throwing, hand-building and glazing
• It usually takes 3-4 weeks for your pieces to be ready, allowing work to dry.
• Only clay purchased through the studio can be used in the kiln.
• Use only commercial studio glazes, under-glazes, and clay.
• All community tools, bats, textures, molds and other studio equipment are available to use. Please return them clean and to the proper place. Do not remove studio equipment/supplies from the studio.
• Label all work with your name masking tape and cover in plastic.
• The studio will fire the kiln when we have a full load. Bisque firing is to cone 04, and cone 6 for glaze firing. Only work that has been bisque fired at the studio can be glazed fired in kiln.
• The studio cannot be responsible if accidents or breakage occur.
• Any work older than three months, or when open studio membership expires, will be considered abandoned and will be trash, donated or recycled.

Thursdays - 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Fee structure:
• $35 - 3 hour ($4 additional fee for credit card purchases)

• $18 - 12.5lb bag of clay. (Limit of 30lbs per month).

Clay must be purchased through the studio.

• Firing cost - based on space in kiln.

     • $8 loading fee per shelf .

     • $1 fee per inch of height.
